I'm getting ready for the winter woodworking season. When snow flies in Indiana I spend alot of time in my shop. My shop is a 16 X 28 2 story finished barn. Downstairs is the shop and upstairs are my wood racks and some storage space for my wife. Today I got ambitious and cleaned it and actually unstacked all of wood and sorted it. About 400 assorted board foot of it. Hey, I actually found a piece of 12/4 cherry, 10 ft long that I didn't know I had.

Nice find Ron :)
I really wish I lived closer to some of you so that maybe we could do a wood buy together as we need it LOL.
I'm starting to branch out a bit into bottle stoppers and shaving kits so having different sizes of wood would be nice. I just don't have a good way to store it :).

What a coincidence! I was out in the shop for the later half of the day yesterday doing the same, cept I got rid of a ton of scrap. Well actually it's sitting on my bench waiting for pops to pick it up. I still have a ways to go though, I am heading out now to keep going on it. I need to empty some cabinets and do some reorganizing, tis the season!

Just "blew out" my shop with 120 PSI air. If ya do this, turn on all your dust collection thingys. Then come back in a day, and "dust" everything with paper towels dampened with WD-40. Makes the cast iron shine nicely...
The four windows took some tiime. It's still gonna be nice here for about another week, so got to mop and wax the white tile floor. `(Tarkett Commercial 12" x 12" tile.) Dries nice with the 9 foot garage door open. No, my floor wax is not slippery. TreWax Vinyl floor wax.
