Gary Sinise is raising money to build a home for a Marine who lost his limbs in Afghanistan. And he is doing locally right down my road. Temecula is a neighboring city of ours and what a great thing he is doing! I have followed Gary in both his acting career and his efforts with The Wounded Warriors and other troop support activities. Gary is one of those Hollywood actors who could care less what the rest of Hollywood thinks about him. And that might be why he hasn't had an acting gig in awhile now that I think about it!

Thank you Mr Sinise for your efforts and hard work. Gary also visits the troops overseas regularly and entertains them. Love your show Mr Sinise!!!

I have always appreciated Sinise's work and support for our military. I saw him on the news this morning as his band " The Lieutenant Dan Band"  http://www.ltdanband.com/  (named after his charactor in the movie "Forrest Gump") got approved by the City of Temecula to do a concert for the injured Marine Lance Cpl. Juan Dominguez who they are building the house for. Here is the link to that story in the L.A Times:

The concert will be on March 1st at the "Old Town Temecula Community Theator" http://www.temeculatheater.org/

John,

No, we won't be attending. But it could always be a good date night for you and Mrs. Morris.
