Yes it is, It's pretty amazing how much it's going for! Would you pay 3 to 4 hundred for a bench top drill press made in China or this baby for 75 bucks! I wonder if the Chinese model would be around in 70 years.

That sure beats anything out there in the new category, in that price range. Is it variable speed? Sure would be a conversation piece in any shop.

It is variable speed Russ! It's a manual VS, you change the belt on the pulleys.
