I'm a hobby brewer.
I'm building a brewery. It's been more than a year in the making. I've been making various custom equipment
A rotating dip tube for my Brew Kettle (BK) so I don't pick up the trub,
Two converted 20 gallon SST pots: one is the BK and one the Mash Tun (MT).
The BK has 80 feet of SST integral cooling coils to drop the wort temp to pitch temp in a few minutes. I'm running it with two pumps and the heat is electric.
The theory of the brewery is that of the recirculating mash through the BK back to the MT.
I ordered a Water Jacketed Conical from a Chinese company but it went back to China because they proved incapable of doing sanitary welds. so I ended up with a Blichmann 14.5 gallon non-jacketed fermenter. thatI 'll probably end up mounting Peltier Units to in order to obtain control of ferment temperatures.
Maybe this summer I'll pull it all together

Hello fellow brewer! I have been brewing for quite a while but I haven't for about a year. I started putting together an all grain system but have been sidetracked by some medical issues in the family and now concentrate mostly on woodworking.

You know the old saying:
Once you go grain you'll never abstain.
I gotta believe that more than us two are brewing.

Not a brewer, but paid for plenty of food for those Clydesdales!
