Not really a Home Improvement, but both my wife and I cut the driveway a little too close and rubbed the corner of the house with our cars. No dents but some latex paint transfer from the house.

Any easy ways to remove the paint? I was thinking rubbing compound and "elbow grease"!

Of course it'll have to warm up a bit before I go out and work on this. 20 degrees and dropping.

Any of the polishing compounds will work that take off oxidation. Rubbing compound might be too abrasive. I have used GOOF OFF before but don't rub too hard.

Hadn't thought of that. It works on most anything and I have some already. I'll give it a try.

Might try goof off already in a rag container.  Just go easy.

I'll give it a try when it warms up a little. Right now it's on the short side of 20 degrees.

let us know if it can be done by your way...

 I would try clay.

you can get it at any car parts store, just make sure you have enough soapy water to keep it from scratching.

also if yo have not rubbed out your car you may end up with a really awesome shiny spot ..... thought I would update this now that its warm out..... 70 here in ohio..plenty warm to wash the car.

Goof Off, mineral spirits or lighter fluid.

Ok Guys; It has warmed up around here to the mid 50's. I didn't say this, but the snow is gone so maybe today or tomorrow I'll give the Goof Off a try. I'll get my running around done this morning and see what happens. I'll let you know tonight.

Thanks for the prodding. My Dad always said you can spend more time thinking about it than doing it. So I've been thinking about it way too long.

Tried the Goof Off this afternoon. Used a rag with a few drops to start. The transferred paint came right off!

Lightly rubbed some more on the area and it's gone!! Will have to wax the area when it stops raining, but it did the job.
