being a huge fan of the NHRA I saw this and just to post:

 

 

Kudos to Cruz Pedregon's Snap-on team as they will be honoring the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) with a commemorative paint scheme at the July 8-10 O'Reilly NHRA Route 66 Nationals (The WWP is an organization dedicated to helping wounded veterans returning home from Afghanistan and Iraq).

My entire life has been associated with the military in one way or another.  I grew up in the Air Force, joined the Navy, and retired from the Army with 30 years of creditable service.  Many young people today have no idea what the various wars and conflicts we were involved in mean to our freedoms and way of life.  It is up to each of us who served to pass our memories on and instill a pride of citizenship and love for country among the younger generations.
