"Ron that is really very nice. You went to an awful lot of super detail. I hope you have your name and year made on the bottom, maybe. I like to use a new penny for the year. Drill a sized hole then insert and put finish over it."

Obviously woodworking of most any type comes in first . Golfing, golf ball finding" I have hundreds", biking with the grand kids, shooting archery & firearms. I was on high school rifle team for four years. We won national championship. My dear wife was also on rifle team, but in a different school here in town. Don't mess with her folks. See More

Welcome to The American Woodworker Leo.

Glad you could join us. We are just one big (well growing) happy family and we love to hear about and share woodworking experiences.

Hope you find it very comfortable here. Pull up a stool, kick aside a little sawdust and sit a spell.

Hi Again Leo,
I remember when you and your son visited my little shop and you presented me with one of your fine pens and it is still laying right here beside my computer so I have it to remind me of you as well as to have handy for jotting down notes so I won;t forget what I was talking about. Some time it seems that I will forget what I am talking about right in the middle of the conversation. This sort of thing is getting more frequent on a daily basis.

Hello Leo,
Welcome to the newest woodworking forums on the inter net and as you said there are a lot of familiar faces for on these forums you may say or do most anything you wish with out fear of being deleted because it doesn't suit someone's fancy. Also if you need something from any catalog such as Rockler or Woodcrafte buy it through the store here for the American woodworker gets a commision to help keep these forums running.
