Charts etc.
Recently I noticed in a couple of catalogs that nail and screw charts are nowing being sold for around $4-6 each. There is no need to buy these charts. On TPW site you can find the following charts for free:
Pilot Drill Size Recommendations
At www.mountainwoodworker.com you will find a comprehensive list of hard woods and information about their toxicity. There is also a board foot chart for various lengths, thickness, and widths of wood.
For other charts all you need to do is search the Internet ( I suggest using bing or yahoo. I don't support goggle anymore until they change their stance on the second amendment and stop supporting political candidates.)
