THIS BLOG SERIES WAS CREATED A YEAR AGO, I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON GETTING IT TRANSFERRED FROM ANOTHER SITE TO OURS. THANK YOU FOR READING!

Sorry for not posting for sometime now, I have made much progress on the rocker.  There is so much to talk about, but not enough time to write so I will post the pics of what I have done thus far, and hopefully the pictures will stand on their own and you can see the progress made.  I must add though, the plans that I have been working off of are A-1 plans, I couldn't have done it without Hal's plans and mentoring.  I highly recommend his plans and templates.
If you have any questions at all regarding the chair making process or Hal's plans, feel free to drop me line at courtlandwoodworks@verizon.net and I will return your email asap.
Thanks for coming back and checking in.

Well that's it for now folks, thanks for following along, I am sorry I don't have more descriptions on the process. I will try to keep this more up to date as I go from now on.

See you around.

Thanks Sue! Keep in mind this is one I already built. But I wanted to get the blog transferred here from another site. I have two chairs that I started a year ago and I can't seem to get em back on the bench to finish them up! Too many other outside projects and jobs goin on.

You got it Reid! Hal's added some more to his plans as well. They just keep on getting better. Glad you like it!

Great Pictorial John, I've got a good supply of Curly Maple but haven't got around to purchasing Hal's plans yet. It looks like from your workbench pic' that you've got your plans laid out in a binder for quick reference.

Keep up the tutorial, I'm sure when I get to mine I use it for reference.
